These terms apply to orders placed on portugueseexperience.com. Please read them before you buy.

Seller. The seller is João Patrício Esteves Coelho, NIF 256 429 669, Rua das Oliveiras, Bloco D, 4710-088 Braga, Portugal, a sole trader operating the brand Portuguese Experience. Contact: hello@portugueseexperience.com.

What you buy. Each Edition 01 box contains one wine and one cheese, chosen by you from the options available on the product page, together with the edition's collectible azulejo, sealed letter and music experience. A box does not include all the wines or all the cheeses shown. Product photographs illustrate one combination; your box contains the wine and cheese you selected.

Prices and total. Prices are shown in euro. The order total, including shipping and any taxes or charges that apply, is shown at checkout before you pay. Available payment methods are those shown at checkout. Up to 4 Edition 01 boxes can be ordered per order.

How the order is placed. You choose your wine and cheese, add the box to your cart and complete the order in the secure checkout operated by Shopify on our behalf. The contract is concluded when you submit the order and payment is accepted; the order confirmation is shown at the end of checkout and sent to the email address you provide there.

Availability. Options can only be ordered while they are shown as available. If, exceptionally, an item you ordered cannot be supplied, we will contact you by email and refund any amount paid for it.

Delivery. We prepare your order in 2 working days and then hand it to DPD; transit time depends on the destination. Eligible destinations and the shipping cost are shown at checkout. Times are estimates in working days and exclude weekends and public holidays. See the Shipping page for details.

Age restriction. Every box contains wine and is sold only to adults of legal drinking age in the delivery country. By ordering you confirm that you and the recipient meet this requirement. The age confirmation on this website is a declaration by you; it is not a document check.

Right of withdrawal, conformity and complaints. Your statutory consumer rights apply, including the right of withdrawal where applicable and the legal guarantee of conformity. They are described on the Returns & Refunds page. You can also use the electronic Complaints Book, in which the seller is registered with ASAE — Autoridade de Segurança Alimentar e Económica as the associated regulatory authority. In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may also turn to the CIAB — Centro de Informação, Mediação e Arbitragem de Consumo (Tribunal Arbitral de Consumo), https://ciab.pt/, under the applicable rules of competence.

Applicable law. These terms are governed by Portuguese law. This does not deprive you of the protection given by the mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence.

Intellectual property. The Portuguese Experience name, artwork, azulejo designs, texts and photography on this site may not be reproduced without permission.
