Consumer rights. Once sales open, your statutory rights as a consumer in the European Union — including the legal right of withdrawal where it applies, and remedies for goods that arrive damaged or do not match their description — will apply in full.

What will be published before checkout opens. The complete returns and refunds conditions, including how to notify us, who bears return costs, the return address, and the specific conditions applying to food and alcoholic products, will be published before checkout becomes available.

Damaged deliveries. If a delivered box is damaged, write to hello@portugueseexperience.com with photographs and we will handle it under the conditions in force at that time.
